Dr. Fashoyin-Aje joined the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2013. Her work focuses on the evaluation of investigational new drug applications and marketing applications for products indicated for the treatment of solid tumor malignancies. Her professional interests include the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, cancer disparities and patient-reported outcomes.   

Prior to joining the FDA, Dr. Fashoyin-Aje completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in medical oncology at Johns Hopkins. She completed her undergraduate and graduate training at Columbia University and Yale University, respectively, and earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester.
