Who Should Register
This workshop is designed for scientists and consumer advocates who have an interest in new approaches to developing or enhancing agents or combinations of agents for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of cancer. Individuals with limited experience in the regulatory aspects of oncology drug development will benefit from this Workshop.
Workshop Participant Criteria
- Industry: Registrants should be involved in drug development.
- Government: Registrants should be employed by a U.S. government agency and be involved in oncology drug discovery and/or development. Attendees should be at the fellow or junior scientist level.
- Academic: Registrants should be employed by a recognized academic institution and be involved or have an interest in oncology drug discovery and/or development. Previous or current experience in the conduct of clinical trials is helpful, but not required.
- Advocates: Consumer and/or patient advocates should be sponsored by a nationally recognized advocacy organization or foundation. Advocates should have a background in clinical trial design and the role of the advocate in the development process.
The number of Workshop participants will be limited, therefore early enrollment is encouraged. Registration will be closed when the course capacity has been reached.
