RegistrationProcess
The number of Workshop participants is intentionally kept small in order to provide a highly interactive learning experience. Registrations will consist of:
STEP 1: Demographics
Registrants must provide the demographic information requested in the online application.
STEP 2: Upload Your Curriculum Vitae
For Registration Scholarships only: Academic and Advocate registrants must upload a copy of their curriculm vitae to qualify for the registration scholarships. These applicants must also upload a letter of endorsement (see Registration Scholarships section).
STEP 3: Payment
The registration fee is $1,375. Registration Scholarships are available to offset this fee for Academic and Advocate attendees. PayPal and credit card payers should follow instructions on the Registration page screen. To pay by check, make payable to Duke University and note the name of the registrant in the notes or memo line. Send to:

Step 4: Choose your course options
Detailed instructions for these elements can be found within the online registration form. Incomplete registrations will not be considered. Online registrations only will be accepted.
Early enrollment is encouraged. Registration will be closed when the course capacity has been reached.
